What is a Salary Deduction?
When a nanny or house helper is successfully placed with a client through Infinizist Pristine Solutions, a once-off placement commission is deducted from the helper's first salary. This covers our placement services, ongoing support, and quality management.

- check_circle All deductions listed are once-off only — they apply to the first month's salary only. Subsequent months are paid in full.
- check_circle The deduction amount is agreed upon upfront between Infinizist, the client, and the helper before placement.
- check_circle All amounts are in South African Rand (R / ZAR). There are no dollar ($) or other foreign currency charges.
- check_circle This structure applies to Nannies and House Helpers/Cleaners only. Cooks, Gardeners and other categories are not subject to this deduction.
