• Helpers: ID Documents, Banking Details, Criminal Record Checks (with consent), and Employment History.

Your data is used solely for:

• Verifying identities and qualifications.
• Matching households with suitable helpers.
• Processing secure payments via PayFast.
• Legal compliance with Basic Conditions of Employment Act.

4. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade encryption for all data storage. Physical addresses of households are never publicly visible and are only shared with a helper after a booking has been confirmed and paid for.
