Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Infinizist Pristine Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in South Africa.

2. Service Description

Infinizist Pristine Solutions acts as a platform connecting households with independent domestic workers. We facilitate introductions, vetting, and payments but are not the direct employer of any helper unless explicitly stated under our "Managed Service" plan.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide a safe working environment compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• You agree to treat all helpers with dignity and respect.
• You explicitly agree not to bypass the platform to pay helpers directly to avoid service fees ("disintermediation").

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via PayFast. Refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours prior to a scheduled booking. The "Community Service Fee" is non-refundable once a match has been confirmed.

5. Liability

While we rigorously vet all helpers (including criminal record checks), Infinizist Pristine Solutions is not liable for incidental damages or theft unless covered by our specific "Smart Secure+" insurance policy attached to your booking.
